Companies, brands and representation
Each company and business is identified on its own page. Acon Group and its companies are part of the wider Atilla Group structure. Wonnerbar is the Group’s own cigar brand. Brands displayed as distribution partners remain the property of their respective owners. A distribution relationship does not imply brand ownership or rights beyond the applicable agreement.
Group terminology and legal responsibility
Terms including “Group”, “we” and “our” describe the corporate context and may refer to different companies according to the subject. They do not constitute a statement that every named entity acts jointly, guarantees another entity’s obligations or is licensed to provide every described service in every country. The legal entity responsible for a proposal, service, product, invoice or agreement must be identified in the relevant commercial documentation. Addresses shown as representative offices are presented separately from operating locations.
Website information
The content is provided for general corporate information. It is not a binding offer, investment solicitation or commitment to deliver a particular project, service or product. Project descriptions and images may refer to development concepts or architectural visualisations. The current status and the scope of the Group’s involvement can be requested from the relevant company.
Geographic and portfolio presentation
The operational map identifies listed offices and representative contacts. The countries-served map reflects commercial reach and experience in the corporate catalogue, rather than permanent offices in each highlighted country. Geographic boundaries and labels are used for reference. Project areas and descriptions reflect the published portfolio; commercial status, ownership, approvals and the Group’s precise role require confirmation with the relevant team. Stock sector photography illustrates a field of activity and is not presented as evidence of ownership of the depicted premises, equipment or facilities.
Intellectual property and external links
The website’s content and brand assets are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Third-party names and marks are used to identify their owners or the relevant business relationship. External websites are operated independently and have their own terms and privacy practices.
Media, rights and corrections
Acon Group and company logos identify the relevant businesses. Third-party photographs, marks and other protected material remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable permissions. The digital catalogue and external resources may contain additional notices. If you believe an item infringes a right or contains a material error, email contact@acon.uk with the page address, the affected item and sufficient information to assess the concern. We can review substantiated requests for correction, attribution or removal; a notice does not automatically establish the legal merits of a claim.
